ProTurnover Services LLC provides STR turnover cleaning in Lee County, FL. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
All bookings require full upfront payment via Stripe. Prices may be updated without prior notice.
All cleanings are performed 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The property must be vacated by 11:00 AM. Late access may incur additional fees.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed.
You are responsible for accurate access instructions. We are not responsible for delays due to missing or incorrect access information.
Every cleaning includes minimum 12 verification photos retained for quality assurance.
Any damage discovered will be documented with photos and reported immediately.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
